Fascinated by how we challenge ourselves both physically and mentally, I began my journey at 16, teaching swimming in my hometown. This early experience, along with years of private instruction through college, sparked a passion for teaching one-on-one and small groups. I quickly recognized the power of tailored coaching, where every session creates meaningful progress. With over 20 years in the fitness industry, I now work as a private and semi-private fitness instructor, helping clients achieve their goals and exceed their limits. My approach is dynamic, incorporating physiology, biomechanics, and the science of movement to design results-driven programs. I work with a diverse group of clients, from advanced athletes training for marathons and triathlons to first-time gym-goers and individuals rebuilding strength post-injury or surgery.
